Returns and exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

  • Contact me within 14 days from delivery date.
  • Ship items back within 30 days from delivery date.

Cancellations:

We do not accept cancellations, but, please, contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will find the solution.

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Customized, personalized items.

Due to the nature of such items we cannot accept returns or provide exchanges, unless they are delivered damaged of defective.

Conditions of return:

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
